What do you need or want?
Have you ever seen something you needed or wanted,but didn't think you could ever have it? I think you probably have.
I have a personal example that will illustrate this.
5 years ago my wife and I bought an old building on an acre of ground that we wanted to remodel and live in. Across the road was a piece of land that I really wanted to have, but found out that it was part of a state wildlife refuge most of which was on the other side of the major highway passing thru our little town. We knew there was no way we could ever purchase state owned land, but every time I went out the front door I would imagine owning that piece of land and could see our grandchildren playing on it. There is a nice wooded area and an open field, I imagined all kinds of possibilities. I did this for 4 years, all the time knowing I could never buy the land. Last May, out of the blue we got a phone call from the Texas parks and wildlife commission asking us if we would be interested in buying that piece of land! They told us they had determined that this small piece of the refuge was more trouble than they wanted. This 3.4 acres was not used by anyone and they were tired of taking tractors across the busy highway to mow it. They offered it to us because we owned the adjacent property. Today we own that piece of land!
